Albus Dumbledore stood up from his chair and looked out to the students, clearing with throat to get their attention. “Good Morning Students, before we dismiss for class." Dumbledore folded his hands as a large smile grew across his face, "This year we are going to be hosting something exciting for you students. Something very exciting indeed! We will be hosting our first-ever intermural Wizards Cup!" Dumbledore clapped excitedly as did the rest of the professors while the students slowly began to buzz, "This month we will interview all of the applicants who wish to apply for the Wizards cup. Anyone wishing to apply for one of their house's two slots, may apply with their head of house. Thank you students!"
Wizarding Cup Rules
[/u][/center]- Each house will be granted two applicants only. One Male and One Female. There will be no exceptions, don't even ask.
- Applications will be accepted from now until January 15th, 2013. We will begin the interview process before the cut-off, but that is the last day we will accept more applications. Applications can be found in the new Wizards Cup Sub-Board.
- After applying you will "interview" with the selection board, we will write you the start of the thread and two replies, which will allow you to make three posts in total. After you're third reply, we will dismiss your character and close the thread. The intial prompt will be the same for all characters and our replies will depend on yours. One Reply will be written by Quinn and the other by Myself.
- After all of the applicants have finished their interviews, we will hold a closed poll for the site to vote who they feel should win each entry. This decision could be based off of storyline, personal bias, or whoever you feel had the best interview. THIS WILL NOT BE THE ONLY DECIDING FACTOR. Quinn and Myself will review the polls and we reserve the right to overturn for storyline purposes.
- Most importantly, this is a game intended to progress the storyline; Have fun, and allow it to filter into your other threads. (HINT: That is something Quinn and I will be looking for in the application process.)
