Taylor smiled happy to be back for this event. He didn't have any children going to this school but his nephews and nieces were here so that's why he was. He had been surprised when he had been told about this event. He looked around at all the students in the Great Hall heading over to the Ravenclaw section to find Justin. That's when her saw her. He looked closely at a small girl that seemed to be hiding in the corner. It seemed to him to be a little sad that she was doing that. He made a move in her direction to get a better look at her and to ask her why she was trying to hide away from everything.

Hosa groaned really not wanting to go down into the Great Hall for the stupid family visit thing. She had no family so why was she having to mingle with the rest of the student body and the adults that knew nothing about her. She looked at the rest of her housemates as they gathered around the Ravenclaw table. The parents were there yet and lucky for her there was room enough for her to find a hiding spot. Then the doors opened and in walked the parents and the mingling began with her wanting nothing more then to find a way out of the great hall.

Part of her was screaming out and very scared about the whole thing. It wasn't that she was deathly afraid of people on a one on one basis but with so many people in one spot and the areas around her getting crowded and small she just couldn't take it really. Lilith was there in her mind comforting her and in a sense starting to completely take over. Hosa on the other hand was fighting Lilith coming out completely because she didn't want to draw attention to herself like Lilith had a tendency of doing. She just wanted to get away from all of this. She bit her lower lip until she made it bleed and she didn't even notice it was bleeding only that she couldn't really bite down on it anymore.

She backed herself into a small corner and curled up. It took her a moment to notice someone seemed to be coming her way and her eyes went wide.

Taylor made his way over to the girl and got close enough to stop himself in his tracks. This girl looked so familiar and yet he couldn't place for a moment as memories came flooding back to him. He was seventeen and out in Texas. He's met a girl with the same hair color and almost the same eyes. Those eyes that you could just completely lose yourself in. Then he noticed that the young girl's hair was beginning to change color and her eyes changed to his own color but they seemed to almost glow. He turned to look to see if any other family member was with him.

"Taylor?" Seeing her kids again was the best. Of course she saw them all the time and would see them for the holidays anyway, but that didn't keep her from missing them. It was also a good chance for her to see some of their extended family that had been invited. Pan was in the middle of speaking animatedly to her mother about a care of magical creatures lesson she'd had a few weeks ago and Lisa was thrilled to hear about it, but the movement had caught her eye.

Where was he going? She let Pan finish her story before setting down her cup and carefully wiggling out of the bench seat. This place was not intended for pregnant women. After adjusting her hair and her sweater, Lisa took a step in his direction. "Taylor..?" When she made it to him, her hand rested on his arm, a look of concern on her face.

As her eyes followed his gaze to the girl, her pinched brows relaxed and her expression softened. Her maternal instincts were kicking in full force as she looked around. Did the girl not have parents coming? When her eyes found her again, Lisa noticed the spotting of blood on her lip. This girl was not okay. Almost forcefully, Lisa pushed passed Taylor and leaned down to look at the girl. "Hey.. It's okay. I'm Lisa. You wanna get out of here?" Her smile was kind and her eyes were sparkling. She glanced over her shoulder at Taylor then passed him at Martin. With just one glance and a nod she had told him everything and then looked back at the girl. "I know a great place to hide if you want."

This was to say the least the worst day ever. Hosa hated large groups of people and the only other thing she would hate more about this weekend was the ball. The mere thought of that scared her actually. Lilith launched another comforting spree on her but it wasn't really helping and the Hosa that people usually saw wasn't even there. It was prime opprotunity for Lilith to come out and play but there was no reason for it just yet. On top of that she didn't want to draw to much attention to herself. She wanted to hide out in the large groups of people. The Ravenclaw area was so crowded that she could feel the tears well up in her eyes. This clearly was not an okay thing. Why did these things have to be mandatory even if you had no parents coming like some of them did.

She hadn't noticed that she had her hair changing or her eyes for that matter. It was just something that happened when she was really nervous and she got scared. However, her hair now looked exactly Taylor's color only longer and her eyes were the same color. Her mother had shown her a picture long ago of a boy that her mother had told her she had fallen madly in love with over a summer. However, she never told Hosa that it was her father. But Hosa as a little girl would change her features just enough to make her mom happy when she was feeling down. Just enough for her to be the female version of the man in the photo. She racked her brain as she looked at the guy that had stopped. For some reason she knew that this was the guy in the picture though he did look older. Just some part of her well telling her this was the guy.

Second later however there was a woman with him who then came up to her. She curled up and backed away more as the other came up to her. "D..don't touch. I..I'll be fine." She mumbled out the words and she stuttered which she hated doing. She was down right terrified now and her hair changed back to its normal color. Her eyes changed to a light lavender color. She tried to move away from the lady. However the prospect of being able to get the hell out of the great hall made her listen to the lady. "Y..you know a place?" Hosa questioned silently her eyes moved to be fixed on Taylor who was standing there almost dumbfounded.

Taylor felt Lisa's hand on his shoulder and then felt her push passed him. He was trapped in the memories of the summer he had, had with a female that looked much like Hosa. When her hair and eyes finished changing and lingered in his own color, he knew. He knew in that instant that this child belong to him. He knew he'd been a wild child and he's slept around. He knew there were possibilities that there were kids out there that were his but well he had never been informed of them. Now here he was standing face to face with one of them. His own paternal insticts weren't even sure how to kick in. He stayed his distance a bit but moved closer in order to help Lisa. He wondered if her mother was going to be here and though her could be sauve and a big time casanova he was going to do something a little stupid.

"Is your mother here?" He question softly but he knew the young girl could hear him. The question only got him a long stare for the moment anyways.

With a soft smile, Lisa nodded at the girl. "I do know a place. My friend and I were going to go, I really need to get out of this crowd. But we could really use another person. In case passwords have changed." The girl did have striking features that seemed strangely familiar to her. Over her shoulder, Lisa eyed Taylor carefully. The slow changes in the girl's appearance made her a little put off and since she wasn't expecting it, a little dizzy. It being a rarity in their world Lisa wasn't ready for it in the slightest and at first thought her head had gone funny.

Blinking a little, she licked her lips and straightened out her back standing up better. "I don't think Taylor is brave enough to be out on his own with gal like me. I think he's afraid I'll have my baby in the hall or something. Men are so silly." It was a long time off since her due date but at this point, Lisa was grasping at straws trying to find something to make the girl laugh. She was about the same age as Pan so it made it a little easier, but she was used to talking to Elijah and he was a little easier to entertain.

Her arm outstretched and her hand was held out for the girl. "What do you say we go find that hiding spot. Do you want to let your Mum know where you are going and who you'll be with?" There was a moments glance at Taylor that immediately let him know he had some explaining to do. Why was he being such a total creep about this girl? Couldn't he just go sit back down with Martin and the kids and behave?! Men. Couldn't take them anywhere.

Hosa looked at the man and when he asked about her mother tears seemed to want to fill her eyes but they didn't fall. It was just evident that they were cloudy. She took a deep breath and looked at Lisa for a moment as she started to talk. She looked at the lady but wasn't sure if she wanted to go with her or not. She didn't trust easy and taking this lady's word for it would be a big step for the fourteen year old. Her fear of being coped up in the crowded Great Hall on the other hand might actually be winning out in this case. She didn't want to be around all these people but it had been mandatory whether or not family was coming. Just in case they happened to show up like parents sometimes did to surprise their children not that Hosa would know anything about it. The wizarding world had a funny way of work sometimes.

Her eyes finally went back to the grey color as she started to calm herself down a bit. Lilith was sitting there coaxing her to go and that it would likely be better before she caused a scene in the middle of all these people. Lilith was still itching to get out but Hosa had enough control in a sense not to let her and so all Lilith could do was help sooth her. It wasn't like they couldn't work together half the time. It was the reason why she's never made Lilith go away. Hosa mentally shook herself to snap back into the moment at hand. She tilted her head when Lisa mentioned the name Taylor. Her mother had whispered that name one night when she was very smile. Hosa had asked her about the name but her mother had just said that she would tell her when she was older. She'd never been sure why her mother sad that but this was all very strange.

Then the older lady was talking about her telling her mother where she was going and who she was going to be with. That was about all Hosa really could take and her eyes cloudy over again with tears and this time they fell. She never really meant for them too and she hadn't cried since she was a very little girl. Lilith pushed to come out to her aid but Hosa shook her off. This was not a time for snarky comments not that she wanted to have anything to do with mom questions. "She doesn't need to know. She ain't here anyways." The words came through with a texan accent. Hosa's eyes went wide for a second and her eyes went a deep blue. The only visible change in her at the moment because she was fighting Lilith back down. "S..Sorry....my...my mum is dead." The tears were streaming down her face, and her words held the ever vanish texan accent.

Taylor gave Lisa a slightly annoyed look because of her mentioning the fact that he was afraid of her having a baby in the hall. He was smart enough to know she was a long way out and he didn't have to worry but he wasn't sure what the hell to do with all of this at the moment. The girl look so familiar and now that he noticed she was back to how she had been before his mind wandered to a name. Sure he'd had many a fling and one night stand but nothing compared to your first one really. Least the first one in a new place and the ones that didn't something to make you remember. He mumbled out a last name. "Trinity" He looked at Lisa when she gave him that glance. He was sure the women had not heard the name he had mumbled under his breath which he was glad of.

Then the young girl seemed to change only in the slightest. There was a remark that didn't seem to fit and then that accent. He had heard it when she first spoke but now that she seemed to be a little more upset it shinned through. A texan accent and his eyes went wider then wide. It took a moment for the actual words to hit him and his eyes went even wider at the realization. He backed up and pretty much fell to the floor as if he's been hit by something either from above or behind. "Lisa...Lisa I..." He stood up moments later and just stood there trying to make it seem like nothing had just floored him. How could it be true. How could he have not known. Weren't you supposed to get parently vibes and such when you had a kid out there.

Taylor was terrible at playing along. Her teasing about him being afraid was primarily employed to make the girl feel more at ease. But none of that was going to make a difference at this point. The girl was practically petrified. And it was no wonder why. As she spoke about her mother having passed away, Lisa could hardly ignore the gut wrenching feeling she got in her stomach. Her mind wanted to jump right into assuming the best but knew in this world of their's that it was just as likely that the event wasn't as simple as passing away. "Taylor...." Her hand rested on his arm and she looked almost like she was going to loose her cool.

"Taylor... what's going on?" Lisa wasn't sure if she should cry, vomit, or just keep smiling. Licking her lips the woman looked over at Hosa and swallowed. How was she supposed to react to this. He was obviously having some sort of mental seizure and couldn't respond properly to anything. "Jesus, Taylor. What's gotten into you?"

With her kind face looking back at the girl, Lisa took her time to settle herself a little and focus her efforts on not frightening her. "I'm very sorry to hear that, Sweety.. Tell you what. I have a good idea. Why don't we go find that quiet place and have some cocoa? He doesn't have to come if he bothers you. I know boys can be kinda weird sometimes." The woman was oblivious to what was actually transpiring, but even if she was savvy, Lisa would have stuck with this. There was no sense in freaking the girl out. Calmly, Lisa extended her hand once again to the girl and gave her a soft smile.

Hosa had always wondered why people automatically went to asking you where your mother was when you seemed to be lost and all alone. Why couldn't they for once say, where is your father? She shook her head though it was one of those questions that would keep Lilith at least busy trying to answer for her so that she wouldn't have another outburst hopefully but then again that likely wasn't going to happen. Hosa was still really scared and the fact that the man now looked like he was about to throw up didn't help her much. An odd sense of familiarity was coming over her. She was pulled out of those thoughts altogether by Lisa's words. She was saying the man's name now. She tilted her head for a moment watching what was going on between the too.

Taylor looked at Lisa for a long moment and calmed himself down. He wasn't sure what the hell was going on or even if it could be true but not he felt just simply horrible. He took a few deep breaths and looked at Lisa. "Umm Lisa a moment before you go with the girl." He took another deep breath and then whispered very softly. "Is there a possiblity that umm one could do a paternity test or spell or something like right here right now." He was meaning descretly without actually causing attention and such. Not that this whole scene wasn't about to get a little more complicated. He composed himself a little mroe so that now he was standing there like a man should. He wanted to make up for any pass transgressions and to help the girl that was infront of them. He would be a parent because well he had created life that was why.

Hosa continued to watch the too looking at the man as he whispered. She curled up more and when the woman spoke and reached out her hand she moved to take it. That was not a usual thing. As a matter of fact if anyone else was watching besides the two infront of her they would have been flabbergasted. She hated being touched and having help but right now she had no other option and so she took Lisa's hand. "C..can we please get out of here. H...He can come too if he wants too." She was holding tightly to Lisa's hand and just from the way she was holding her hand she was sure that the other could tell she was shaking. She took a deep breath and waited for them to start moving and get out of the crowd.

Tyler looked at Hosa for a long moment when she said that he could come and then waited for Lisa to answer his questions and for the three of them to head out to wherever it would be better for the young girl.
