( RIDDIKULUS! ) : Cooper's worst fear is to be stabbed in the back by someone he trusts. An interesting fear, since those he trusts are few and far between. These day's, everyone has an ulterior motive, don't they?
( EXPECTO PATRONUM! ) : His absolute best memory is probably rather inappropriate. However, a close second would be the day he was promoted to Advisor to the Minister of Magic. Not only did he acquire vast amounts of fortune, but it validated just how clever he was.
( DEMENTOR'S KISS ) : Coop's worst memory was the day his little brother married some wretched muggle women and disowned his wizarding family on her command.
( MIRROR OF ERISED ) : His greatest desire at the moment is to somehow obtain custody of his young nephew, and raise him in the magical community. He's willing to do this by any means necessary.
( PERSONALITY ) : Cooper has an enigmatic and enthusiastic personality. His energy is contagious, causing those around him to often become more agreeable. He is also incredibly charming, and subsequently persuades others to his ideals quite easily. These qualities are often considered the reason as to why he earned his position as the Advisor to the Minister of Magic. He easily sways people into trusting him to the fullest, including those in seats of power. He prides himself on climbing the latter to authority without riding the coat tails of another, though it is somewhat of a façade.

Coop is devilishly deceiving, which is a dangerous combination to be paired with his charming ways. Those around him trust him with their lives, which could prove to be a grave mistake on their part. He has a deep yearning to discover more of the dark arts, and he is completely absorbed with this passion. Recently, he's heard rumors flying around about the new Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts at Hogwarts, Tom Riddle. His current objective is to get close enough to the man to learn if those tales are true, and join his profitable cause. This should be easily accomplished, as he will be frequenting the academy as a Ministry representative during the upcoming Wizarding Cup. His current position could prove to be quite useful to this so-called "Dark Lord", after all. This could be the key to destroying that muggle wench who tore apart his family, and gaining custody of his nephew.

( HAIR ) : dirty blonde, hits just below the ear, consistently well kept and proper.
( EYES ) : Coop's eyes are a twinkling and icy pale blue. He is rather fond of the color, and utilizes their attractive and honest appearance to deceive those he needs to.
( FACIAL STRUCTURE ) : Cooper has a very sculpted face, with defined cheek bones and a structured chin. His face is broad and, if he had to see so himself, quite dashing.
( BODY STRUCTURE ) : He is very muscular and prides himself on his toned body. He takes a deep enjoyment in being physically fit. He reaches the even height of 6 feet, and typically weighs around 160. Obviously, the vast majority of that is muscle.
( ATTIRE ) : Cooper Donovan Bailey is always impeccable dressed, wearing the most fashionable of suits. Currently, his favorite style is crisp black colored sports jacket, over a neat white button down with fancy suspenders.

( PARENTS ) : Father: Val Gerard Bailey, 57, retired Head of International Magical Cooperation. Mother: Lynessa Katerine Bailey, 55, Chairwoman of the Humanitarian Wizarding Charity Organization.
( SIBLINGS ) : Brother: Callum Trevor Bailey, 28, Business Attorney. Sister-in-law: Brielle Grace Bailey, 28, Real Estate Agent, Muggle.
( OTHERS ) : Nephew: Hunter Mance Bailey, age 5.
( HISTORY ) : Cooper was the first born son of the well off wizarding duo, Val and Lynessa Bailey. His father was involved in International Magical Cooperation, causing them to travel quite a bit. His mother was a philanthropist of sorts, often holding charity balls and fundraisers, getting Coop adjusted to the spot light and formal gatherings at a young age. At the age of 3, his mother gave birth to his younger brother, Callum. Together, Callum and Cooper had a wonderful childhood, constantly exploring new locations as they globe trotted with their parents around the world.

The Bailey Brothers both attended Hogwarts, and graduated with fairly commendable marks. Cooper graduated first, leaving school behind and following his fathers foot steps into the Ministry. As he become busy with the demands of his job, the divide separating he and Callum grew. Eventually, by the time his younger brother graduated, he had met the muggle women named Brielle and fallen in love. Callum choose to disown his heritage and thus left the wizarding community behind, much to the displeasure of Cooper. They even had a wonderful son, Hunter, whom Cooper was rarely allowed to see.

Cooper climbed the ladder quickly at the Ministry, ranking higher than his father had as the Advisor to the Minster himself. With his newfound power, he planned on devising a plan to triumph over the treachery of his brother and his wife, and raise his nephew in the proper wizarding fashion. Currently, he is seeking out the one they are calling the "Dark Lord" in such hushed tones. He is already skilled in the use of Dark Magic, and plans to join forces with the man in order to bring about the downfall of the Muggle realm.
