-----DEVIOUS-----
age: XVI // provenance: norway // house: slytherin
THEO ANDVIK was born in Norway somewhere amidst winter in the most algid night of the year. Holding the ANDVIK Last Name as a notorious purist house in the Scandinavian nobility, he was reared in the correspondent perfectionist regimen that someone of his ilk should abide by - initiated in the snubbing culture that he would so unwillingly extol. At an early age, he was more instructed about classist standards and blood discrimination than of anything else he could mull over. The existent void between races, as so referred to, was profuse from ages behind his, though as the years progressed the boundaries remarked and enhanced, quite blatantly. The sod’s progenitors educated him within the most purist vision as to even persuade him to attend The Durmstrang Institute in almost the span of his scholar years. However, the bloke couldn’t state he had developed some hatred or irrational scorn towards their sort as they had been told to – he on the other hand was pretty indifferent when it came to them, may it be Mud-bloods, Half-Bloods or Mixed-Bloods as the latter were scarcely accepted in the Institute for as long as their lineage shown a consistent link to a Pure-Blood. Theo had no actual treat with gaggles that didn’t spurn someone based on what they were clad with, the condition of such outwear and how prestigious were they amongst their circles. Henceforth, this kind withheld a thrilling aspect to them, as to why they were so forbidden and why he couldn’t mingle with them. Little by little, Theo’s interest was roused and it led him to ask to be transferred from Durmstrang, a notice that his father take with disdain. After constant quarrels to grant his whims, Theo acceded to move to whatever school they chose for him. Regardless of sorts, his parents agreed on sending him to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in order to appease his piqued curiosity since the place was rife with students of their sort yet conserved the sense to keep those of fine lineage, which converge in the very same atmosphere in the very same space. His father couldn’t cope with the idea of him meddling with them, thusly, he maintained the matter covert and in absolute secrecy as to deny the knowledge about his son’s whereabouts, with a reluctance to be part of it, entirely. Theo, in his father words, was the downfall of the family. --------------------------------------------- Exuding poise whenever a single portion of his anatomy is changed from posture, this stoic youth resembles some apparel mannequin that couldn’t bear been touched by impure hands. Impeccable in aspect as he is in speech, his snide remarks burdened with sarcasm might break you in a matter of an instance, shrivelling you to deem you insignificant. His compelling might is the fruit of years of self-bloating with a confidence that could even be mistaken for a conceited nature. Haughty, callous and cunning is the perfect merge to deceive you in the most insulting manner possible with his cryptic innuendos, hardly utterly comprehended. Theo is a conundrum which adores miring ladies into his woven net of seduction, for which some find it implausible to put up resist. Nevertheless, he is extremely selective with the ones he beds and none of them has entered to his abode – many of them address him like ‘heartless’, ‘soulless’ or ‘shallow’ and all of them are accurate at once. Seeing no actual love in his family, the bloke does not hold fondness for anything or anyone, and the conception of love is simply preposterous. Matrimony is a contract he is certain to accomplish, most obliged by it, although everything is for the blood’s welfare and he is in plenty awareness, such descendants must be conceived within a purist bond. There is a sensitive soul into his depths which every now and then could protrude in the shape of a sincere grin or his fixation for his musical instrument: the cello. It is often of his pleasure to slip the bow upon the strings and hark to the melodious sound that emits, engulfed by it or sinking into a moment of leisure a fine lecture could stem in him. |
