In order to prevent death-eaters randomly appearing or waking up with marks, I've set up this sheet for canon and original characters to sign up for Riddle's army of evilness. To my knowledge there are currently three marked students and I want to change that. We need an army, but I want to prevent random appearances. Sure you can be a death-eater without a mark, but in order to get marked you've got to go through the hoops. I'm not trying to make it difficult, what am I saying, I am making it difficult because if you want to be considered top of the line, God Tier death-eater material you need to jump through hoops and prove yourself. Riddle isn't going to waltz around marking students for sheer joy.
