So please please please
Let me, let me, let me
Let me get what I want
This time
Regulus Arcturus Black
True believers are rare, Regulus is a true believer.
His life is a life of purity, of distaste of filth and of blood traitors and a fear of the increasing tainting of the magical world. He blames the filth of Gryffindor for stealing his brother from him and from his experience of believing himself a squib that to be non-magical is to be miserable. Muggleborn’s are treacherous, malicious and probably better off dead. In his bearing he has always been notable reserved. Quiet, calm and collected, yet when he speaks a fire burns, in words he is passionate, his tongue dances silver. Conscience burnt with guilt, he is a trier. He feels he is not pure enough for his family, not great enough, he knows they deserve one good son. One son they can be proud off, he strives to be that son, he knows he can never be good enough never better than the son they lost but it gives him all the more drive to try.Friends: Regulus friend’s would be purebloods or half-bloods who take no pride in their contamination, that or good liars on the subject of blood status. They’re probably from Slytherin or Ravenclaw, although he judges by blood and attitude rather than house. They would be tipped towards the more intellectual or philosophical types and they would of course believe the wizarding world would be much better off without contaminates. He loathes crudity and chaos so if that’s your idea of a good time, Regulus would rather avoid you. He might be the clever little pet of an older student he admired or the advisor to youngsters who were trying to find the right way through life.
Acquaintances: These would be more numerous than friends, they would probably find Regulus pleasant enough, they might be other prefects (He takes his duties seriously and is known for being fair in his dealings with other houses) or classmates who have hit it off with Regulus during the group work he hates so much. They would be aware that he believes in blood supremacy but because of his desire to be all things to all men they might consider him a moderate and he is unlikely to be directly unpleasant.
Enemies: They might be fairly common, although not by Regulus’ choosing… He’d like everyone to like him, still he’d also like everyone to agree with his beliefs hence some might hate him for his smooth talk on the wrongs of missing magic with mud or possible just for the friends he keeps. There is also a chance he may have turned his tongue or even his wand against you and this is usually a memorable experience.
Lovers: This is a difficulty for him. Regulus is well aware of whom he fancies and unfortunately they are not the pureblood women he wishes to fancy. Despite this he is a correct dater and if you’re of the right age and blood status he might have asked you to Hogsmeade. On the other hand he can’t help his eyes and his considerable self-control they won’t stop wandering so if you’re a handsome beau you might be wondering why Master Black keeps watching you.
