Another snowy evening, that was looking rather bleak. Tea just wasn't going to cut it this time. She wanted something warm and cozy. She paced around, trying to pin down what she was craving. Hot coco? Coffee? One of those latte things? No..none of those. She slumped down into one of the seat in the common room with a 'whush', and sighed. What the heck did she--
"Butterbeer!" She exclaimed hopping out of the seat, happily. That was it! Warm, cozy, and all around happy in a mug. She looked around the common room, seeing there was a few people there, some giving her odd looks, and the ones who knew her better just shaking their heads and smirking. She cleared her throat a bit, with a sideways glance and took off for the her room.
There was only a light dusting of snow at the moment, so she wouldn't need to bundle in fluff to get to Hogsmeade. Quickly she got dressed and went bounding down the stairs and out of the Ravenclaw tower. The moving staircases were particularly in her favor that night, as she was able to get to the main hall without much delay. Normally she would have invited Eddie or Benji or Kat to come with her, but Eddie was with Cait, Benji was...somewhere, and Kat was...also somewhere. She wagered Kat to be in the Gryffindor common room, where Ezra couldn't exactly get into. So instead she ventured alone, not really minding of course. She just wanted a Butterbeer.
She walked the grounds, kicking through the fluffy snow rather cheerfully as she went. She waved to a few people coming back from Hogsmeade, and some who were just sort of meandering around. It was early evening, so there was still a small bit of light left, enough to where she didn't have to pull her wand from her sleeve to be able to see.
Once she was finally at Hogsmeade, she strolled past the smooshy tea shoppe, and Zonkos, though she made a note to stop in there later and see if there were any new or entertaining things she could use, and went into the Three Broomsticks. When she pushed open the door she was immediately welcomed with the scent of drinks and food in the air. Sitting at a random table she took off her hat and ordered a butterbeer.
As she waited she looked around, seeing who she knew, who she didn't, and who looked just plain interesting. She saw a few of her Professors, all at one table talking amongst themselves. It always felt odd to her, seeing her teachers outside of the castle doing everyday things. It was just how it was, students never really considered the fact that teachers had lives outside of school. She sat cross legged up in the chair, looking around some more. She saw a group of Gryffindors, but their names eluded her. None of them were Kat so she didn't really know any of them. Somehow that went through her head as she needed to start making more friends. Get to know more people outside of her House. She considered going over and saying hi, but the waitress shortly came over with her drink, so that got filed in for another day.
With her gloves still on, Ezra held the mug with both hands, letting the warmth seep in before taking a rather large swig.
