Click. Click. Click. Click.Jessica's heels sounded startling against the marble floors of the Ministry of Magic. She wasn't the only one in heels, naturally, but hers were no doubt the highest. She was dressed as Jessica at the moment though, not Serena. She was dressed fashionably, but not in the same way as when she put on her Serena persona for work. She wore a tight fitting frilly white blouse tucked into a high waisted knee-length skirt paired with black leggings that led to her red heels. She loved to pair red with a monochromatic outfit. In fact, the woman just loved red in general. She had considered leaving the heels at home, but she just loved walking in them. Maybe she should have picked something a little more conservative. Jessica wasn't too worried about it. She had her purse dangling from her elbow, and she made her way through the entrance casually and with a playful step. She didn't look like she was on a mission by any means. In contrast, she looked like she was about to go skip in a meadow or something.Jessica tucked back her blonde hair behind her ear as she waited for the lift. She looked down at herself, and when the doors opened, she stepped inside. She didn't have a particular reason to be at the Ministry, she just tended to have a lot of friends there. She wasn't really busy that day, so she thought if she hung around the Ministry, she might run into someone familiar. Some of the other girls she worked with didn't have friends outside of work or even clients, but Jessica tried to avoid falling into that trap. She needed friends, they were what kept her sane while she worked an insane job.The lift opened, and she didn't mean to get off at whatever floor it was, but the crowd in there all decided they were getting out. As she was in front of the pack, she was dragged out as well rather unceremoniously. Her leg twisted uncomfortably, and next thing she knew she was on the ground. No one from the elevator seemed to notice as they all continued on their rush.
