There are several sides of Monika, one that is normally around all the time which is a proper young lady, she is polite and respectful. she does what she is told. this is personality is normally around professors and adults. however, she does have a different personality to students. if they are of pureblood, she'll treat you kindly. but if you're male, she will flirt with you. one way or another. she enjoys being flirty in a playful manner. it really just gives her something to do. the only time she is a serious flirter with one particular person who she has strong feelings for. overall, to people she likes, she is a happy fun person to be around.
There is another side of Monika that muggle borns and halfbloods see very often. where she is cruel and injustice. she doesn't actively go out of her way to hex someone or to duel but sometimes she might for a certain person. She does favorite people like anyone else. so she does go after a few mudbloods when she is without a thing to do. her favorite target are males, she gets more satisfaction to see them tear up or cry in pain than she does with girls but she isn't sexist when it comes to such things. overall. dont be a mudblood or halfbreed.

Growing up, Monika was basically groomed to be a housewife. how to be a good mother all those things. which, she if fine with, in her mind that would be an honor. However, she will not have her husband chosen for her. she makes it very clear that she will chose the lucky man, either wizard or wizard. She was a late bloomer when it came to magic, for the first bit of her life her parents thought she would be a squib. which made them neglect her for a long time.
the neglection really effect her. the only time she received attention was when she did something bad. the first time it happened was when she was four, and pushed her cousin Atalie down a flight of stairs. it was with good reason though. Atalie was showing off her magic abilities and asked to see Monika's. Atalie was fine, but Monika got in to serious trouble.... in front of Atalie's parents anyways. after that insidend. she started having impulses to do bad things, they are rare nowadays but as they happened they grew more and more terrible. the most resent one was during her second year summer holiday, a friend of hers was complaining about their cat. they always said they hated the cat but this day, Monika snapped. She managed to capture the cat and kill it... muggle style. It gave her the adrenaline rush she's had been craving for a while. Her father found out and didn't do anything but tell her to clean up before dinner.
