( PERSONALITY ) : Many would call Lucius narcissistic and only out to better himself and his social standings. They would not be telling lies in those regards. But if one ever told you that he was so cruel there was no way he could love anyone, they would be vastly mistaken. Sure he loves money and would be more than happy to at the top of the social Elite and not have to worry about those things. And yes he will step on whom ever he has to to get there. He's shrewd and blunt and you'll know when he doesn't like you. However, its harder to tell when he actually does like you. The boy is capable of loving a person and not just money and standings. He just takes pride in being an aristocrat. Its all he's ever known and he would do everything to keep it that way. He does not handle change all that well but will take it head on when he has too.

There is a part of him that does love and that is slightly a coward around people that he would need to impress. He will say all the right things even if he doesn't feel like he really wants too and won't tell you about it later. He is cruel and will treat you with as much sympathy as some wild beast would if you give him a reason too. He despises muggles and muggle borns. There are a handful of halfbloods that he's alright with. He appeals to anyone he thinks can get him something that he wants. And don't he won't kill to get it either. Don't over estimate him or under estimate him. It will be your downfall. He just needs someone to tame him down a little bit and things might fall into place as they are meant to be.

( HAIR ) : Longer than your average male,and almost white under certain lights. Lucius takes time on his hair and can be called on of those men that takes longer than a girl to do his hair depending on where he's going.

( HISTORY ) : Lucius grew up in a house hold where his father would punish him for any wrong doing and his mother would be the kinder one. Spoiling him and giving him almost everything that he wanted. He doesn't exactly have a grand relationship with either of them but he does love them in his own interesting way. His father usually gets his anger where as his mother had the ever devoted son aspect of him. He was an easy child to take care of and didn't tend to want to cause too much trouble as he wanted to do as his parents told him for the most part. He wanted to always be involved and when he wasn't were times that people would regret not letting him be involved. He was born late in the night and cried only when he needed something he wasn't getting which is odd for a child who would become spoiled later on.

This passed in his years as dully as the next. He was excited when he got his letter to go to Hogwarts and would not shut up about it. Nor did he shut up about having any powers when he finally found that he did indeed have powers. He listened to the stories his mother told him and was the obedient son when at family or social events. Being seen and not heard but always observing his parents and trying to mimic his father because he seemed to know what was going on at all times. He went to diagon alley on his own his first year and got what he needed and it was like that every year as his father was busy and his mother though she wanted to come allowed her son to go alone. He always came home in a timely manner.

This third year a female graced the presence of the school and caught his eyes. He never said much to her and as the years passed grew to love her from afar never saying anything because well he wasn't sure how to express things up until recently. He's in his seventh year now and there are things that he still needs to do before he leaves this school and with unrest brewing and the high possibility of being able to do away with muggle borns well things just might be a little to interesting not to put his toe across a few lines never yet ventured.

Edgar has been minding his own business so to speak as he walked around the tower district. He was on a hunt for someone that he needed to kill but first observation of the person was key. You had to find the weakness first. He smirked and then he heard screams. Someone was running up to his target telling them that the city was on fire. There was places in the tower district that were being hit. He was only half amused by the persons panic. The demon in him was thoroughly amused until both parts of him realized that Nicolette could be in serious trouble as well. He went through his head to all the places that she might be and hoped that she was not near half of them or that they had not been hit. He moved away from his target he would get him another day in time. He needed to find this person that was starting these before they killed more innocent people. He really wandered what was going on in the person or group of people's minds that were doing this. Something more had to be there but one could never be sure.

He was at the police station when he saw her. A smirked as he walked up behind her. "So your the one setting the city ablaze. Are you having fun?" He questioned with mild amusement in his tone. From what he had heard on his way over here it wasn't just the tower district that was ablaze. Thankful in the tower district they had an advantage. There were magi who could put out the flames. However, in the kia areas that wasn't the case. He wondered how many would die as a result of all this. Part of him cared about the number not the people's lives. The good parts of him cared about the people's lives. However in the game he played numbers were all that mattered. The higher ups he was bound to listen too cared about those.

He knew in an instant though that this person was not a demon so he might not need to worry about it as much and could be amused with all of this all he wanted to be. He waited for her answer.
