I know I haven't been around terribly much lately, and I'm sorry, but I am gonna have to take a brief absence as my semester is drawing to a close :/
I've got to finish up a portfolio for my writing class (which means writing one paper and completely rewriting another, plus doing intense revisions for two others) plus my regular homework, for the next two weeks. Then, I will have to present one of those papers, plus make a presentation in another (this one in a different language), plus write another one of those "at least one line on the ninth page" papers I did a couple months ago... this wouldn't be as much of a problem, but I'm also working at least some on every single weekend day plus a couple weekdays til that portfolio/etc is due (hoping for a couple days to dedicate to the paper after that mess, please, please PLEASE)
On the less stressful side of things, before I truly dive into the massive work pile I have ahead of me, I will DEFINITELY be gone tomorrow evening (I'm probably gonna lurk around in the Cbox while working on everything, but don't expect any posts from me til the unholy mess is dealt with, please) because my friends convinced me to take one evening off to go see a show up in Nashville.
To Hannah, I will get you that Marlene post! It's nearly done, I just haven't had the downtime to finish like the last two paragraphs or so. I should be finishing that this evening.
As for the Slug Club thing, I am going to try very hard to get something out for both my characters, but I may have to skip my turn when things get rolling because of this. If that happens, their dates (Remus and Jacen) have my person to mod them if necessary. My sincere apologies, I just don't think I can get out any extra writing with all of this going on.
School gets out in the second week of May, but the last of my assignments is due May 1, so expect me back after that, okay? Much love, and I will be available in the Cbox when I can! Plus I've got the Proboards app on my phone, so if anything is urgent, feel free to PM Andromeda's account... or let me know and I'll shoot you my Skype ID or something.
