Quidditch. Since the Pitch on school campus was closer to his house. Cillian decided that it would be a good idea to get in a few rounds of practice on his off day. It wouldn't be nearly as extensive as a Tutshill T's practice, but he needed to be doing something. Aislinn was busy teaching and Teagan was at her grandma's house which left Cillian M. Gallagher to his own devices. Already given up pot to be a better father to his daughter and soon to be husband to his lovely girlfriend. Cillian wanted to make sure he was in prime flying and money making condition. The only issue with that, happened to be the fact that every time he decided to get on a broom the only thing that went through his head was Rian Lewis.
Taking in a deep breath as he landed and brought the bludger back down to the box, Cillian fought it back in before latching it and closing the case. Standing as he held his broom. A water break was needed. Killswitch didn't want to push himself too hard on an off day as they were meant for relaxation. That was before he saw a person crowning the top of a hill. Sitting down on the trunk that held all of the specific balls for a proper game of Quidditch, Cillian downed half of his water bottle in one go. About choking on it as he recognized the face that belonged to the person.
Freezing as he sat on the trunk, his ginger hair swept to the side and sweat dripping from his brow his eyes rest upon the one person he didn't want to see. The one person he wasn't prepared to even talk to. Rian Lewis. Closing his eyes Cillian looked down at the grass between his feet hoping the guy didn't notice he was here, even though Killswitch knew that he should apologize to Rian for taking him out of the game. Hell they even went to school together and played on opposing house teams for a short amount of time. Rian was only three years older than Cillian, granted Lewis was a Slytherin and Gallagher a Hufflepuff.
"Hey Lewis, how's yer knee doin'?" It was the first thing out of his mouth, asking if a fellow Quidditch player seemed like the right thing to do, but he's still yet to apologize. The glory of that match consumed him, but after it was all done and over he was ashamed he didn't stop to see if the guy was really okay. Cillian knew he was going to be out for a while and if they pair were to have switched places he would have hated him. For a pro-Quidditch player, that was all they knew, they played everyday, strive to be the best, and Cillian took out the best and it pissed him off.
