Regulus rolled out of his bed as if he had anything better to do. The light was slowly fading away and Regulus knew he's spent the better half of the day curled up in his bed trying to avoid everything and everyone. He wasn't exactly sure why he was doing this. Maybe it was all the family weekend and fall formal stuff that was causing him to be less social then his usual self. Rab had Integra to talk to and Amycus seemed to be up to other things as well. So the young fifth year just lounged in bed or actually did school work when he wasn't trying to seek out his brother and avoid the hell out of his parents letters or otherwise. He took a deep breath and headed down to the common room in a red pair of boxers and a black t-shirt. He found his way to a spot in front of the fire place. It would seem that no one was actually awake at this our or that no one had decided to come back in yet. The common room was more like a tomb then its usual charming self. He laughed to himself. He really needed to find something to do so that he wouldn't spend days just doing nothing.
Regulus racked his brains for a little bit trying to figure out what it was that he could do now. It was past dinner time and he wasn't hungry in the first place. Everyone else was probably doing that last minute things before having to come into the common room. He had finished his homework relatively quickly. He still had a little research to do for a paper but that would get done before the paper was due anyways. He looked into the fire and then looked up as the common room door opened and her head footsteps. Who could be breaking the loveliness of his solitude in his own house. He went looking right back into the fire that was burning before pulling out a history book.
