Walker's
best's memory is of her adventures five summers ago to the tombs of
Ba'lu Rhys in South America. The things they had found their hadn't been
seen by human eyes in years, and made her feel incredibly priviledged.

Her worst memory is the day her father died, three years ago, in Saint Mungo's.

In
the mirror, Madison Sees herself at the fountain of youth, the elusive
tale she has been chasing most of her adult life. She's as young as she is now, and so healthy that she glows.

( PERSONALITY ) :
Madison
is a very proper woman, loving rules, structure, and manners. She
doesn't try to enforce these on people, but instead takes careful not of
those who don't meet her standards of etiquette. She is more like to
give time to, and be more lenient with, people who exert these
standards. She doesn't care for poor behavior, and is quick to make an
example of those who misbehave in her class, often in cheeky ways that
win the favour of the other students. When it comes to adults, she
doesn't care for flirts, who she believe to only be after her because of
her Veela looks. She often avoids men entirely outside of work.

She's
a little more relaxed with friends; her speach becomes easier and not
so regulated. She allows herself to make mistakes and will even allow
others to be a little crude. This increases exponentially with a bottle
of wine. Too much alcohol can be a pain though, for it causes her to
lose the control she has over her charm and usually makes men flock to
her, which she'd rather avoid. Madison actively focuses on keeping her
charm to a minimum to reduce the difficulty of everyday life. Though, if
she drastically needs something from someone, she has been known to use
this charm to get it from them, becoming cold again as soon as they give it to get.

Madison's hair is dark, chocolate brown, full, and tumbles in waves over her shoulders, though she tries to wear it up most of the time.

 Her eyes are a shade of peridot green, with darker shades of emerald around the outer iris. They're kind eyes, with an intensity to them

( FACIAL STRUCTURE ) :
 Her
face is long and thin, with high, plump cheeks. She has a very wide
smile, with stunning teeth. He nose is thin and symmetrical, and she has
fought very hard to keep her skin smooth, and wrinkle free.

( BODY STRUCTURE ) :
 She
is a tall woman, standing at 5' 11", over 6' with her heels on. She's
thin, with small breasts, but large hips, and defined collar bones.Her
fingers are long and slender, as are her feet.

( ATTIRE ) :
When
on duty, Walker ALWAYS dresses in her faculty robes, usually with a
white blouse and pencil skirt on underneath, and a pair of 2" heals.
When off duty, the Professor can be found in high class, professional
outfits. High waisted pencil skirts that fall around her knees are her
favourite, and she usually pairs them with frilly or lacy blouses, with
deep necklines, in monochrome, cream, or brown tones. She exercises in
moderation, usually with plain beeds or peal necklaces. Out of class,
she favours a higher, black heel, around 3".

( HISTORY ) :
Madison
Walker was the result of a bachelor party that was a mix of too much
alcohol and the proximity of a Veela covenant to the Black Shire pub.
Her mother had stuck around for two year to help raise the young girl,
but one day after her father returned from work, Langora was gone, and
she never came back. Charles moved back in with his parents and with their help, raised the girl.

Maddie's
childhood was lonely and difficult. Her family was very proper, and
manners were enforced at a young age. He father and grandpapa worked
most of the time, leaving her and her thin Grandmama alone all day
together. Nora was a kind woman, and she often sat outside and knit as
Maddie played in the shadow of the trees with the neighborhood cats. She was never allowed to go outside
unattended  because of a number of incidents were male strangers
had tried to take her away with them. Her grandmama was
sickly though, and had to rest often, which meant Maddie was inside more
times than not, left with books and old records for company . The
little girl took to the books and often read them to the cats, who
flocked to her in numbers. Her favourite stories were about the magical
fountain of youth, where if a person drank from it, they would never get
sick or age, and she often dreamt of finding this fountain so that her
and her family could always be happy together.

She attended
Hogwarts when she was of age, and quite happily subscribed to the
Ravenclaw lifestyle. She would lock herself away in her room and study
endlessly. She had top marks in most of her classes, the best of which
was Transfiguration. Her goal for life after school was to become a
transfiguration professor, and she worked tirelessly at being the best.
in truth, her studies helped keep her secluded, safe and away from the
girls who bullied her and the boys who couldn't control their hands.
During this period of hermit like behaviour, she also worked hard and
taming her Veela ways and making herself less desirable.

She
graduated with honors, and immediately applied to become an aprentice to
transfiguration teachers all over Europe. She got excepted to study
under at Scuola di Arti Ermetici
by a Professor Angelo Sacchetti. The man was sympathetic to the girl's
condition, being a werewolf, and the two of them became good friends.
He helped further her love for knowledge and even helped her become an Animagi.
She studied under him for five years, spending her summers with him as
well as he and his group of friends would go touring old ruins and
spelunking through caves. She developed her love for archeology this
way. The man would even humour her childhood intrest in the Fountain of
Youth my having discussions on how the topic might truly exist.

He
time with him was cut short though when her father was sent to St.
Mungos in 1972. He had inherited his mother's diseases, and his health
was failing. Madison spent the next few month by his bedside, caring to
her beloved father. She was their day and night until the summer when
taken by the illness. It was a shock to the family. Madison had been
very close to her father, despite everything, and loosing him drove her
back into her solitary shell that Professor Sacchetti had helped break
her of. She stopped visiting her grandparent more than three times a
year, and stopped writing to most of her old companions. Unable to face
Professor Sacchetti in her current state, she applied for a position at
Hogwarts in 1974, only to find transfigurations was taken, and had to fall back on Ancient Ruins.

She
works hard now at Hogwarts, keeping her mind busy with old tomes and
maps, writing thesis, and trying to get grants to continue her search
for the fountain of youth.
