( DEMENTOR'S KISS ) : His first year of school at the Arizona Academy, where he was bullied and beat up daily.
( MIRROR OF ERISED ) : Eddie would see himself, smiling.
( PERSONALITY ) : Eddie is an extroverted, happy-go-lucky kinda guy. He easily connects with anyone, but if he considers you a friend, you have he unshaken loyalty. Even when these relationships are abused, Eddie will still defend those that he respects. Having grown up in some harsh places, Eddie has also developed a need to fight for the underdog. He often stands up for those who need help, even if he doesn’t know them.
Super friendly, but super thick, it can take months for him to clue in you're 'just not that in to him', and years to see that you are. He’s an intelligent boy when it comes to facts and knowledge, but when it comes to people, he’s clueless. He approaches every interaction with a smile and open generosity. It’s easy to see why some would like to pick on him.
Being the middle child in his house hold, Eddie does have a little bit of the ‘middle child syndrome’. He feels the need to do better than most people, and strives to be the centre of attention in a group. He has low self respect and isn’t afraid to stoop to humiliating lows to get someone to like him.
Though Eddie is intelligent, he would rather spend his time exploring and putting his knowledge to practical use than writing papers or reading books like other Ravenclaws seem to do. He often procrastinates work or blows off small assignments completely, leaving his marks looking rough. He excels in most hands on classes though, like Care for Magical Creatures and DADA.
Because of the way his last girl friend treated him, Eddie is afraid to get physical with women. He likes the way they look, but all their crazy thoughts and feeling make him anxious. He has no problems with girls as his friends, but when girls try to get to the next level, he gets awkward, avoidant and becomes a completely different person. He also has a hard time saying no to people, which continuously puts him in bad, romantic situations. At this point, Eddie isn't opposed to trying men, but he's already bullied for being Muggle born, he doesn't want to have to add 'Gay' on top of that. Therefor, Eddie avoids any physical contact beyond snuggling.

( HAIR ) : Eddie’s hair is a mess of crazy curls, medium brown in colour, that just about cover his ears. They tend to frizz out on rainy days.
( EYES ) : Eddie’s eyes are large and clear, and a shade of light, sky blue.
( FACIAL STRUCTURE ) : Eddie’s face is a long oval, thin, with a large nose and plush lips and cheeks.
( BODY STRUCTURE ) : Eddie weighs in at 140lbs, and stands at 5'7". He’s a skinny boy, basically lean muscle over bone, making him a figureless, boney person. He has large hands, and large feet making him look very much like a cartoon character.
( ATTIRE ) : When not in uniform, Eddie prefers to wear jeans, which are usually faded and tattered. He likes cotton tee-shirts, and sports a few rock band shirts, though he’s learned that these aren’t always welcomed by wizards, so around school he tends to wear colourful sweaters.
( PLAY-BY ) : Robert Sheehan

( HISTORY ) : Eddie was born in Phoenix Arizona. His father was Major E.A.Muler, an ambassador for the United States Army. His job took him all across the world, into dangerous war torn countries, and into the houses of some very influential people. His mother was Candy Smith, a waitress at a local restaurant, who didn't care for her husband leaving her with the kids for long periods of time. One day, when Eddie was five, she decided she had had enough. She packed her things, and ran off with a lifeguard she had met at their public pool, and besides a cactus and a phone call at Christmas, she never bothered with her family again. This uprooting left the family in a sensitive state, and in order to provide his sons with the care they needed, Edward brought the boys with him on his travels.
In the next few years Eddie did a lot of traveling, seeing five continents and over twenty countries. It was arround this time that Eddie started showing signs of things no teacher or doctor could quite explain. Two incidences were most notable- the time the water table blew up in kindergarten, and the day all fifteen pet mice escaped from a locked cage in the teachers office. No one could understand how these happened, but everyone knew Eddie was behind it. Eventually, the blame was put on his absentee mother- they said that because the boy was missing a mother figure, he was crying out for attention through random acts of destruction. And no matter how much Eddie pleaded, no one believed him. Eddie was sent to see a therapist to treat his 'problems', and his father went about finding another mate.
Emily Green, an environmentalist from Quebec City, was an old friend of Edward's, and after his breakup with his wife, the two of them had gotten back in touch. Emily, was a recent widow, with a daughter of her own about Eddie's age. She was struggling to make payments on her single mother salary, and the two came to realized that maybe they had a lot they could offer each other.
The day Emily moved to Tucson with the Mulers was one of Eddie's happiest days. He finally felt normal. That feeling lasted about three months; Until the day Edward got called away for his second tour of duty in Vietnam.
With their relationship being new, Edward was hesitant to leave his sons with his new fiance, knowing he could be gone for a long while. He ended up taking his boys with him across seas. Eddie was nine at the time. Though they lived far from the battle fields, living in such a impoverished country messed with Eddie's mind. Seeing so many poor people suffering day after day made him a compassionate fellow, and he vowed that when he was older, he'd do what he could to protect people. To distract himself, Eddie immersed himself in books, mostly books of facts, and comic books, where he could read about heros and watch them make a difference. Eventually, the US army began to pull out of Vietnam, and after two years in the country, Eddie and his family were sent back to America. This was the happiest day of his life.
Things continued normally for a little while, until he started receiving letters addressed from The Arizona Academy for the Magically Inclined. It seemed like a prank, or some lame mail advertisement, so the first three letters went unopened. But after the sixth or seventh one, they were hard to ignore. An in home meeting was set up with member of the school's faculty, and after a few lengthy conversations it seemed Eddie was in fact a wizard, and would be attending the Academy in the fall. The thought was mind blowing! It gave Eddie something to be proud of, something that set him apart from his siblings. He was excited to learn about this new world of wizardry. Unfortunately, the first thing he would learn, was that he had just become a down trodden minority.
Purism was a big thing in the American Wizard schools, and Eddie was beaten and picked on nearly every day. It took him months to find a group that he felt safe in, but even then they would harass him to no end. The beattings were cut nearly in half though, and that was enough to make him stay with his group. As a defense, he learned to laugh at himself and let their harsh comments roll off him, though every night he went home deflated and depressed. In an attempt to keep his spirits up, Emily enrolled the boy in a number of after school activities; swimming, self defense, nothing really stuck, until they bought the boy a guitar. He took naturally to the instrument and spent most of his free time with it.
Now, the leader of his group was a dark skinned girl named Lenore McRonald. She was particularly mean to him, but he was infatuated and didn't care. Eventually, Eddie got close enough to the girl that they started dating. She was cruel to the boy, and never really faithful, but he let her walk all over him. Inevitably she got tired of him, and after a sting of mean spirited pranks, dumped him and kicked him out of their group at the beginning of year five. After that, the bulling got so bad that Eddie's father had him removed from the school and transferred to England where he was currently working so they could be closer. With a little difficulty and a letter from the headmaster at Arizona Academy, they managed to get him into a school called Hogwarts....

( ROLEPLAY EXAMPLE ) : Moment of Decay- Veronica Weasley. Aug 9, 2009.
Veronica's head pounded like she'd finished a bottle of tequila to herself last night. She wished it could have been that simple. With a groan, she opened her eyes slowly and tried to focussed on the gray-green door in front of her. The gray-green walls to her left and her right were scratched with graffiti that her blurry eyes couldn’t make out. Sh sighed, closing her eyes, and rolled her head to the side on the porcelain lid. She didn't want to get up. She had no were to be... no where to go.
Ron opened her eyes again and looked back over the bathroom stall. She licked her dry mouth wearily, feeling that the swelling was going down a bit. She lulled her head around on her shoulders, too afraid of the pain that might ensue if she tried to lift it. She lifted her arms over her chest and embraced herself vainly. Her body ached, stiff from his day on the floor, sore from the fight the night before. She had managed to get herself into her clothes before she passed out last night, and she was forever grateful that she had. Already she felt too exposed with them on.
Ronny wiggled her toes in the warm, orange sunlight, and watched the dust motes float around them. She tried to imagined that the sun was trying to persuade her to come out, it made her feel a little better. One friend at least. Ron gave a small, shuddering sigh. Louis, Nyx, John... Who did she have left? She couldn't face any of her cousins, not like this, not like any of them were really close to her. They'd be too afraid to let her near them like this anyways. Ace, he would just laugh; Ronny knew he would. She couldn't go back to her room because of Nyx, couldn't go to Slytherin encase of Luce, not Hufflepuff because of John, and she couldn't count on Belby- she was too unpredictable. She couldn't go to The Loo-her home away from home for years- they'd look for her there.
Looks like she was stuck here.
She raised her head slowly; the room began to swirl immediately. Lights flickered in the corner of her vision, followed by a slowly consuming blackness, dizzying and sickening. Ronny tried to fight them off, but collapsed, leaving her cold on the bathroom floor. After an other try, Ronny was on her feet, leaning against the stall for support. She listened carefully, but heard no one outside the door. She slid the dead bolt across the stall door, and walked out into the empty girl's washroom.
Ron was like a zombie, stumbling to the mirrored sinks. She cursed out loud at the sight of her reflection. She looked like shit, and was silently happy she hadn't looked in the mirror last night. She knew she wouldn't have been able to stand what was there. Her hair and face where crusted with blood; she suddenly knew why it was so hard to open her eyes this morning. Her left eye and check where swollen and bruising, so was her sore mouth. Small cuts traced down her face. She vaguely remembered a knife in Louis hand, and it made her shiver.
She turned on the tap full blast and thrusted her hands under the warm water. She cupped her fingers tight, catching water, letting it bounce off her flesh and over her clothing. She threw water in her face, not bothering to scrub at the mess; it hurt too much to touch, she just needed the water to wake her up a little. She then cupped her hands again, pulling them to her swollen lips and downing the little water she had caught there. Her hands still shook violently, and it seemed no warmth could stop this.
Her breathing became ragged as she braced herself for what she knew was the worst to come. Slowly, and delicatelly, she opened her throbbing mouth, and began to heave. Her chest rose up and down violently as she stumbled back from the horrible image. She fell back to the floor, slamming a hand over her mouth in horror. What had they done to her? She doubled over, holding her knees to her chest, and rocked gently....
....And then she began to cry, like she hadn’t done in years.
