Noah flicked his smoke to the gradually thawing ground. The beanie he wore was unnecessary as the sun beat down on the grounds with unexpected warmth. He took it from his head and tucked it into a pocket, leaving his blond hair looking dishevelled, like usual. He took a moment to appreciate the breeze that still had a hint of chill to it and the crunch of sand underfoot that had been put down to help students not slip and fall. Soon all of this weather would be over and spring would be there, and he was grateful. He was tired of huddling with other like-minded students and trying to keep warm that way. Noah had just seen Eileen and he hadn't asked the entire time if she minded if he went outside, and therefore the craving had built inside of him. Like usual, he had a good time with Eileen, and not even his cravings made him want to leave her. Naturally, she had things to do and was the first to call their hanging out to an end, but he didn't mind. He saw Eileen on such a regular basis now that he knew he would be seeing her again soon. His day was going well, and he had decided to try his luck by smoking one of his hand-rolled smokes that were laces with weed. No one had come to interrupt him or say a thing. His head now felt delightfully light and his body felt just... good. It had been a while since he had smoked it, but he felt like today would be a good day to do so. Noah doubted he would run into Eileen again that day again, and his only intention at the moment was to go up to Gryffindor tower, claim a couch for himself, and just lay down and relax. Maybe take a nap if the room wasn't too busy. He didn't want to go to his bed for a nap because he actually liked socialising with others, so he didn't want to miss anyone if they came by.Unfortunately for Noah, the common room wasn't very busy. Someone had cracked open a couple of windows to let in some fresh air. It wasn't necessary to bully anyone off the couch, so he just laid on it like he claimed it. He pulled his beanie out of his pocket and placed it on his face to block out the sun shining in through the windows. If there was no one around to talk to, perhaps a nap really was the best option. His eyes felt a little heavy anyway. It was a bit hard to fall asleep due to his racing heart, but he had grown accustomed to that feeling while being high, so within ten minutes he was sleeping, his arm hanging off the side of the couch and his fingertips brushing the ground.tag: @allison
