"I like darker makeup." The boy admitted, smiling at Caitlin as she rearranged herself. He was glad to see he wasn't the only one with restless legs. "Not on me! On girls. You know? Like what the rockers and the punks wear? Not the bright colourful stuff like the disco girl's wear. It makes them look like my grandmother!"He laughed and nodded at the girl. "I don't see why girls bother to put much more than just eyeliner on! It takes sooo much time! And they look beautiful without it on anyways!"
"Ooooh..." He hissed in defeat. "You got me there! My brother and I has pretended to ride brooms when we were little, but I never actually got a broom that could fly till I was fourteen. We had flying classes in first year though... so I guess that would be my first experience with a broom." He shrugged, " It's fun, but it's kinda like swimming, you know? As long as someone is up there with you, and the two of you are goofing off, it's a blast! But if you're on a broom alone, it's relaxing at first, but quickly gets boring. I guess it would be different if I played Quiddatch, but I'm not a sports fan. I'm too much of a geek to be cool like that.
"Yeah, well... I've had cake before!" he laughs, his volume slowly starting to rise again. The library was not a good place for him. He couldn't control his volume when he was excited. "At other people's parties and stuff... but my mom was a health hippie and didn't believe in giving kids sugar, and then we found out I was diabetic, so I can't have sugar." He shrugged.
He listened to her turn, and knew he was screwed, "Errrr... Oh man. I've never ridden floo in my life! I admit it. I've been on a plane more than thirty times, at least. That beats your boat... unless your boat was a cruise liner?" he giggle, giving it a whirl. He knew that wasn't right though. "Okay, so that makes it two for two, is that right?" He sat back, trying to count out on his fingers who had one what. "yeah.. if we don't count the floo and the Quiddatch thing... okay! my turn!"
"Never have I ever Apparated." he nodded, successfully finding something wizardy he hadn't done.
